With an eight-wicket victory over Delhi Capitals on March 17, Royal Challengers Bangalore won the Women’s Premier League 2024 championship.
Delhi Capitals chose to bat first and were knocked out for 113 runs in 18.3 overs. With three balls remaining, Royal Challengers Bangalore successfully chased down the 114 target.
In the first innings, Delhi Capitals looked good against the spinners of Royal Challengers Bangalore, scoring 64 off 43 balls without losing. However, they experienced an abrupt collapse, losing all 10 wickets for just 49 runs, which quickly sapped their enthusiasm. The Delhi Capitals were dismissed for 113 runs as a result of this sudden change of events.

In the Women’s Premier League 2024 championship match, Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Delhi Capitals on Sunday in New Delhi by an innings and eight wickets. In 19.2 overs, RCB scored 115/2 after mauling Delhi for 113. After Ellyse Perry (35*) smashed the game-winning four, Richa Ghosh (17*) concluded the match.
